Refund policy

If you are unhappy or have an issue with your purchase please reach out to Smom's Lifestyle via email at hello@smomslife.com within no more than 3 days/72 hours from delivery date of your order so that we are able to assist with any issues or challenges. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business once approved and items have been returned in it's original condition to Smom's Lifestyle. 

Seasonal physical products may be sold during various times of the year at Smom's Lifestyle. Please reach out no more than 48 hours after delivery with any concerns or problems you may have with your order via email at hello@smomslife.com. Refunds for physical products will be determined on a case by case basis. However, we will work to resolve any issues that you have with your purchase.
