Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns, however, you are responsible for all associated return shipping fees. If have any problems with your order please reach out as so as possible to hello@smomslife.com so that we can find the best solution for you. At Smom’s Lifestyle, we pride ourselves in having top notch customer service and we are confident that you will LOVE your personal self care products and premium downloads. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

If you have placed an order for a digital product, you will receive your product upon receipt of payment. Please look for an email to gain access to your premium downloads.

If you have ordered personal care products, orders will take 5-7 business days unless it is a PRESALE purchase in which the shipping date will be disclosed in the description. 



 At this time, Smom's Lifestyle ships within the U.S. only.  All orders within the U.S. will receive FREE SHIPPING! 


International Shipping

If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in receiving Smom's Lifestyle products, please send me a message at hello@smomslife.com. We do ship outside the U.S., but please email us FIRST. ALL International orders are responsible for ALL fees and shipping cost.
