FAQs

 

  1. What kind of ingredients do you use in your natural soaps?  Our natural soaps are made with high-quality ingredients such as organic oils including coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, essential oils, fragrance oils and natural botanicals. We avoid dyes, and harmful chemicals so you can feel good about what you're using for your skincare.

  2. Are your products suitable for sensitive and dry skin?

    • Yes, our natural soaps are formulated for regular to sensitive skin. Our skincare soaps are gentle, nourishing, and moisturizing making them suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies or skin conditions, please check the ingredient list and consult your doctor before using these products. 
  3. Do you offer customized or personalized soap options? Currently, we do not offer customization or personalization for our soaps.  
  4. How long does it take to process an order?

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
  5. What are your shipping options and costs?

    • We offer standard shipping with delivery times of 4-10 days. We charge a standard $7 shipping rate for orders less than $60. Free shipping is available for orders over $60
  6. Where do you ship your products?

    • We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. If you are interested in receiving our products and you reside outside of the U.S.- please email us at hello@smomslife.com
  7. What is your return policy?

    • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at hello@smomslife.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  8. Are your diaper bags from Itzy Ritzy authentic?

    • Yes, all our Itzy Ritzy diaper bags and products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors.
  9. Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

    • Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with Pirate Ship. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
  10. What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage at hello@smomslife.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  11. Do you offer international shipping?

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. If you are interested in receiving our products and you reside outside of the U.S.- please email us at hello@smomslife.com

  13. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

    • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
