ArtistiKIDly Me As I Am (Smom Lifestyle Collection) is happy to offer domestic shipping services. Shipping is FREE for all orders of $200 or more to each state within the United States with USPS and tracking information included! For purchases less than $200, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 2-10 business days for processing, handling, and shipping of your order. For Pre Orders, allow 2-20 business days for shipping. Our shipping information is subject to change at any time, however, the most updated information will be on this page!
Note: Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Akidme -Smom Lifestyle Collection currently does not offer international shipping, however, we are looking to expand soon. Please check back or email customer service at email@example.com if you are interested in shipping in your area.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We DO NOT accept returns unless an item is defective. If you receive an item that is defective in the mail, please email us at info.akidme.com with your name, order number, and photos of the broken or defective item within 3 business days of receipt.
Items will not be accepted for return such as fitting issue/sizing.
Be aware that soaps, lotions, bath products, tee shirts, diaper bags, packing cubes, and journals will not be accepted for returns. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
All products that are part of our RED HOT FLASH SALE are final and not eligible for return. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Claims for defective items must be submitted with photos via email at info.akidme.com and must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
